Saint Emilion wines are cultivated on soils with common balanced chemical properties but with clearly very different physical properties (structure, texture and porosity).

These differencies influence on the taking root, the character and typicity of wines. But quite obviously this vineyard shows that quality isn’t the possession of a sole geological formation.
